Another successful project in the books. This roof was a full transformation from top to bottom.

We installed a high-performance TPO roofing system designed for durability, energy efficiency, and long-term protection. TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) is a single-ply membrane known for its strong resistance to UV exposure, heat, and chemical damage. With proper installation and maintenance, this system typically delivers a lifespan of 20–30 years, making it a solid investment for both performance and cost savings.

One of the major upgrades on this project was the addition of tapered insulation. The existing roof had little to no slope, which can lead to ponding water and premature wear. By engineering a tapered system, we created positive drainage across the entire surface—helping extend the life of the roof and improve overall performance.

To complement the improved drainage, we also installed new gutter systems to properly channel water off the roof and away from the building. This ensures the entire roofing system works together efficiently and helps prevent future water-related issues.

We replaced the shingle mansards for a cleaner, more updated look and installed a standing seam metal roof. Standing seam systems not only elevate the appearance of the building but also provide superior weather resistance and longevity, often lasting 40+ years.
