This week’s office spotlight is Jo! If you’ve ever called our office and immediately felt welcomed, there’s a good chance you were talking with her. Her kindness, positivity, and sense of humor brighten not only our office, but our customers’ days too. 💛

One thing we’ve loved about this series is getting to highlight the people behind the scenes who help make everything happen. We wanted to start this series with Ivey!

Known for her positivity, organization, and willingness to jump in wherever needed, Ivey plays a huge role in helping support both our customers and our team. Whether she’s helping coordinate schedules, handling permits, or keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, she always does it with a great attitude and a smile.
