Welcome to Home Watch by Philip Sadler. It's my commitment to to provide you with total piece of mind for your investment in paradise. We're incredibly lucky to to have such an amazing place to call home, but when you can't be here all the time you need the assurance that your home is safe. I will complete a 20 point inspection weekly and inform you of my findings.
Mold and mildew are one of the greatest threats to your home and home watch is your first line of defense. If left undiscovered mold could cost thousands of dollars in repairs, and leave you unable to stay in your home due to serious health risks, while repairs are being made.
All of the systems in your home need to be used and maintained to keep them in optimal condition,this is all part of of my weekly inspection.
