What a fun day yesterday at Port Charlotte Beach Park!

We were proud to celebrate alongside the Charlotte County community, and PBK Architects as exciting updates were shared on a project that will make a lasting impact for generations to come. The revitalized facility will feature a lap pool, flexible event space for meetings and community gatherings, a waterfront deck overlooking Charlotte Harbor, and storm-resilient improvements.

We’re excited to watch this project take shape and look forward to all that’s ahead for Port Charlotte Beach Park! Thank you for allowing Tandem Construction to be apart of your team!

Mid-summer check-in with our 2026 Tandem Construction interns! 🦺⛳️

Last night, we had the opportunity to bring our interns together for an evening of connection, conversation, and a little friendly competition at Popstroke. It was a great chance to catch up, share experiences, and hear about all they’ve accomplished so far this summer through hands-on learning and field experience.

We’re grateful for this group and the dedication they bring each day. We look forward to seeing all that they build this summer!

Today Tandem Construction celebrated the “Topping Out” of the Mater Dei Catholic School!

This milestone highlights the hard work and dedication put forth by the Diocese of St. Petersburg, our design team led by Sweet Sparkman Architecture & Interiors and our local trade partners. Mater Dei will provide a lasting impact on the Ruskin community as the area’s first Catholic School. The two-story 36,500 square foot classroom building will serve students from Pre-K through 8th grade. Families will soon have access to faith based education closer to home, where future generations will learn, lead, and thrive within these walls.

Thank you to everyone who joined us today, and a special thank you to MISSION BBQ for helping us host!
