We are so proud to announce that Dan Parish is joining Custom ComTek and Omni.
Many of you already know him as Dan the Phone Guy. For close to two decades, Dan has been helping businesses across Central and Southern Florida with their phone systems and technology needs.
Dan's story is one of service. He got his start in Radio and TV right out of high school, then joined the Military as a Disc Jockey. Working with the public every day, he discovered his true passion: helping people. He transitioned from broadcasting into phones and computer systems, traveling the world installing communications systems.
After seeing firsthand that big companies weren't putting the customer first, he opened his own shop and made customer service his number one priority. Our paths crossed many times over the years during normal business, and we quickly realized we shared the same philosophy — the customer always comes first.
Five years ago, Dan answered a different call to serve. He worked as a Volunteer with the Pasco Sheriffs Office as a CSU Deputy and is a certified School Protection Officer, he has spent the last five years as "Officer Dan," protecting a local private school as a Guardian — where he gets his daily dose of love in the form of hugs and high-fives.
Now, Officer Dan has decided to rejoin the communications industry, and we couldn't think of a better fit. We are combining his decades of experience and genuine love for the customer with our advanced communications systems and commitment to service.
