I had an awesome time giving back to the community alongside so many great people. We spread a TON of mulch, knocked out landscaping projects, did some interior painting, and got to learn more about the amazing work AWL does for animals in our area and their adoption programs.

It’s always a great day when you can roll up your sleeves, help a great cause, and make a difference together. Huge thanks to everyone who helped make the day such a blast!

Something you don’t see every day… we gave this roof an UPGRADE 😎🏠

This home still has its original shingle roof, but the new homeowners wanted that clean “Japanese-inspired” look — so we installed cement tile over the hips to completely transform the style without a full reroof. Subtle change, BIG difference 🔥

We just wrapped up this beautiful new roof — installed with ZERO down and 100% paid at closing 💰✅ making it a smooth process for everyone involved.

Big shoutout to Kristine at Wagner Realty for trusting me to take care of her client’s home! 🏡🔥

We went with a sleek charcoal shingle, paired it with black drip edge for that clean, modern look, replaced the flat roof sections, and topped it off with a vent-mounted solar skylight for the new homeowners ☀️
