Last fall I got myself a planer and decided to try out a cutting board with some cabinet cutoffs I got from a cabinet shop.

One of my favorite builds ever was a mahogany charcuterie board for a friend.

She wanted something really big, so I took a piece of mahogany I had left over from a project and milled it down to two pieces, then I jointed, glued, and planed them into what you see below.

I think it turned out really well!
