As Director of Marketing & Business Development and an FAA Part 107 Licensed Drone Pilot, Phillip Quindara combines strategic marketing expertise with cinematic aerial videography to capture the scale, progress, and unique character of our projects. Through dynamic aerial imagery, Phil provides a perspective that reveals both the craftsmanship and context behind our design work.

Recently, Phil visited one of our residential projects on beautiful Lake George, utilizing the DJI Mavic 4 Pro to capture stunning footage that showcases the home, its surroundings, and the exceptional setting that makes this project so unique. What a fantastic evening at S**C’s annual S**Ctacular event on Friday night!

Brennan Drake, Edwin C. Anker IV, AIA, and Phillip Quindara enjoyed connecting with community members, supporters, and fellow attendees while celebrating all that makes the Saratoga Performing Arts Center such a special organization. We are proud to support S**C and our work on the Spa Little Theater project, which will help ensure this historic venue continues to serve as a vibrant gathering place for arts, education, and community for years to come.

We’re excited to welcome Ryan Sitterly to Phinney Design Group as our Summer Architecture Intern!

Ryan is currently a junior at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), where he is pursuing a degree in Architecture. Throughout the summer, he’ll be working alongside our design team, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to a variety of projects.

We’re passionate about supporting the next generation of architects and designers by providing opportunities to learn, collaborate, and grow in a professional environment. We’re thrilled to have Ryan on board and look forward to seeing the fresh perspectives and creativity he brings to our team.

Members of the Phinney Design Group team had the pleasure of attending The Queensbury Hotel Centennial Celebration in downtown Glens Falls.

It was a wonderful evening honoring 100 years of history, hospitality, and community impact. We were especially grateful for the opportunity to celebrate this milestone with owner Ed Moore, whose dedication to preserving and enhancing this iconic landmark has helped ensure its legacy for future generations.

Our team also had the chance to tour the beautifully restored historic lobby and experience firsthand the thoughtful renovation work that blends the hotel’s rich heritage with modern elegance. Congratulations to The Queensbury Hotel on reaching this remarkable centennial milestone. Here’s to the next 100 years!

Today, AnnBritt Newey, ASID and Alyssa Sgambati from our Interior Design team at Phinney Design Group attended Saratoga Hospital’s Flower and Fruit Mission event. At Phinney Design Group, we believe great design should strengthen the communities we serve. We’re proud to be working on an addition and renovation project for the Caldwell Library in Lake George Village. This project will provide an accessible means of egress, improved restroom facilities, and will create a new flexible space for community programs and gatherings. We’re honored to help support the library’s continued role in the community through thoughtful and accessible design. We’re also grateful for the collaboration and dedication of our consultant partners, LaBella Associates, Environmental Design Partnership, and SB Engineering.

We look forward to sharing updates as the project continues to move forward.
