Small preview of a few updates.

First up, the pear tree. It's big, it's healthy, and the pears are excellent. We confirmed this personally. Quality control.

Inside, the kitchen is running tight on fridge space, so we're building an encasement around it and adding storage while we're in there. Same footprint, a lot more function.

Excited to see this one finished.

New contract in Cincinnati. 🏚️

This is day one. Overgrown lot, cracked concrete with the rebar showing through, basement that needs real attention, and a punch list top to bottom.

I'm Shane Barnett, owner of Barnett Pro Services LLC.

We handle general contracting and remodeling, property maintenance and cleanouts, and IT setup and diagnostics , which means most of our clients make one call instead of three.

That last part isn't typical for a contractor, and it's deliberate. I've spent years building and troubleshooting systems, so whether it's a wall that needs framed or a network that won't stay up, the job is the same: find out what's actually wrong and fix it right the first time.

I'm a father, and that's who I'm doing this for, my family. It's also why I run the business the way I do: when you let someone into your home or your building, you want somebody who shows up when he said he would, respects your space, and finishes what he started.

Completed contract in Middletown and started another contract in Cincinnati! We are eager and blessed with the amazing clients we've had to be able to expand our area of services and have acquired new clientele. Neighbors at some of our jobs have become close friends and I want to give a big THANK YOU to everyone that's come out to job sites just to tell us how much they appreciate our hard work; turning some neighborhood eye sores into sellable real estate bringing their property values up. We are so proud of our team and as always we will continue to strive to do our very best to complete projects at projected budgets and completion dates.

Middletown almost done, plumbing isn’t my responsibility though so those ugly baseboard boiler heaters will be replaced sometime I’m sure
