We are a local Property Maintenance Company blessed to be able to serve both residential and commercial clients in the area in which we grew up in. We have provided services in the beautiful Hudson Valley NY area for over 10 years and plan on serving it for another 20. Our maintenance plans are built around each individual client.

Fall in the Hudson Valley asks for one thing: somewhere good to sit and take it all in. Our crew spent the season fitting this one together stone by stone. Every flagstone was hand-picked and shaped so the blues, rusts, and grays flow from the fire pit circle all the way up the path to the porch steps. Boulders were set by eye, a little stream was tucked in to splash over the rocks, and low lights now trace the way out after dark.

Now it's ready for what it was built for: cool evenings, a crackling fire, a good conversation, and the sound of moving water nearby.

We dug this one from bare earth — set stone by hand, ran the plumbing beneath it, and waited for that first moment the waterfall found its voice. No shortcuts. Just a crew that knows how to read a slope and let gravity do the rest.
