Three new products we are utilizing on our Wakefield job… magnetic dust barrier doors as opposed to our typical zipper ones. Makes for more productive work environment and easier access! Tub armor to protect our newly installed tub during the construction process… this is going to be a must have on all our jobs going forward! Lastly rackateers wire management to get our stub outs in the perfect location!

I’ve always been an advocate for hiring a qualified, licensed contractor — and jobs like this prove exactly why. Taking down a load-bearing wall isn’t just another project. If someone doesn’t fully understand point loads, load paths, and structural support, the results can be catastrophic.

I’m glad this customer realized the risk and brought us in. Unfortunately, a lot of people don’t… and they end up facing serious, avoidable consequences.
