Just completed a 7 month long complete house renovation. We gutted this house from top to bottom. Our customer had a very specific vision and I am pretty sure we nailed it. The front room is now Olea Esthetics and the rest of the house is an incredibly elegant space to live and relax. I am really proud of our team for the way this project turned out.

We don’t typically renovate just bathrooms anymore, but we had to help out a very loyal customer of ours with baby number 2 on the way just around the corner.

We recently purchased flooring from Grippe's Property Management for our last basement renovation. They have a great selection of flooring in several colors and thicknesses. The flooring is 100% vinyl and the wear layer and warranty are the same as any flooring we have used in the past at an unbeatable price. Really proud of the team we put together for this project. Last year we were tasked with building our first restaurant in downtown Utica. We took an empty shell of a building and created this masterpiece.
