Make sure your deck is safe for your familiy by doing an annual inspection.

While it's best to have a pro do a thorough deck inspection, there are a few things you can look for yourself, including:

▪️ Damage
▪️ Decay (mold, mildew, rot)
▪️ Loose or rusting fasteners

Check your deck from the ground up, beginning with its substructure (concrete footings, wood posts, joists, flashing) before moving to the surface (deck boards, railings, steps, light fixtures).

Make note of any potential issues you see, then give us a call to check it out further. Depending on the damage that exists, we may recommend repair or replacement. Either way, our team can do the work for you!
