If anyone is looking for an immaculate home on Wilmington Island, I am selling my personal home at 816 Oemler Loop.

I have enjoyed this home greatly over the past two years, but I am ready to move on and build my next house. I built this home in 2021 along with a spec that we sold next door at 818 Oemler Loop, and I did not spare expenses with regards to the finishes and quality. Just a few glimpes of what is to come at 816 and 818 Oemler Loop on Wilmington Island. The style of these homes will be modern and coastal. Our craftsman Grant has been doing amazing woodwork on the trim with nickel gap, beautiful window sills, and 8 foot interior doors. We are very excited to see the finished product!
