Here we did a deck face-lift. We used all Trex decking and railings. Toasted sand decking and fascia boards with hidden fasteners. White railings with powder coated aluminum spindles.

On this project we built a stand alone small deck with a ramp and wrap around stairs. Trex decking and composite 4x4 sleeves and railings. The ramp is not for ADA but for the clients pets.

On this job we repaired the posts with PVC board to eliminate rotting in the future. We then sanded and scrape any loose paint and create a better adhesion. We then caulked all areas that needed it. Finally we applied 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Emerald Paints.

On this job we removed the rotted wood from around the bay window and replaced it with PVC boards and exterior rated plywood. We then used exterior rated sealants and Sherwin Willaims exterior paints. On the inside we converted small storage into a bench. We used stain grade woods and applied stain and clearcoat.

On this project we brought a screen porch back to life and enclosed it. We worked with our clients to give them what they wanted. We installed a metal roof and insect screen.
