We found out that we have new rules again for 2014. If you do not have a current permit on your dock, please call today ! Be sure to check you poles at low tide and keep dock servicable. Once you dock becomes unserviceable you will have to go through a complete DNR and possibly a Corp of Engineers Permit. NOTE TO ALL RESIENTS LIVING ON THE WILMINGTON RIVER. If you do not have a current permit on your dock now is the time to get one. THE Corp of Engineers considers all of the WiLMINGTON RIVER and alternate to the ICW and a corp permit is mandatory unless you fall under the new PGP Rules which is 3000 sq. foot rule for walkway on main dock 300 sq ft or a 15 x 20 cover can be no more than 12 ft high and now only 1 boat lift is allowed by DNR.
No more Grandfather clause exist. if you have questions please contact us for any information or questions you have.

We are now in hurricane season and Sea level is rising so remember that decking will float right off on a super high tide and we have have quite a few lately.

The heat is on it's summer time for sure. While your out on your docks remember to check your pilings at low tide. Hurricane season is here! Remember if your dock is not currently under permit you will have to build back under new rules if we have a storm there is no more grandfather clause.
