🚨🚨NEW PROJECT!🚨🚨

JDR is heading to St. Anne Catholic Church in Richmond Hill, GA to begin structural repairs on the Holy Family Hall. JDR will be replacing aging wood trusses with new steel framing for a stronger, safer future.

This project comes with a unique challenge: completing major structural work from within the main hall while protecting the existing exterior of the building.

Moving on up… Broughton Street edition ⬆️✨

In just a few short months, JDR transformed this space into the new home for The Spice & Tea Exchange of Savannah. JDR handled everything from the permitting process thought the full renovation from start to finish.

JDR was proud to build this warm and welcoming addition to East Broughton Street. 🍵

It’s always exciting to see a project you worked on get national attention!

This recent article from the The New York Times highlights several churches that have been transformed into homes across the country. We’re proud to share the church featured in Thunderbolt, GA was designed by our friends at Hansen Architects, P.C. and renovated by JDR Construction and Design, Inc.

Projects like this are especially rewarding by giving new life to historic buildings while preserving the character that makes them special.

With spring in the air here in Savannah, it’s the perfect time to open up the doors and windows, let the sunshine in, and enjoy spaces built to feel bright, welcoming, and connected to the outdoors. This project was all about transforming the heart of the community into a place residents love to relax and gather.

JDR was proud to have completed a full renovation of the locker rooms for the The Savannah Bananas and The Party Animals at historic Grayson Stadium.

All new layouts, fixtures, and finishes that created player spaces that match the energy, personality, and show they bring to the field every night.

A behind-the-scenes upgrade for the greatest show in sports!
