There are no obstacles in custom home building, just solutions.
🚁 That’s why we got creative for this client in New Buffalo on Lake Michigan. We completed a lake side refresh with a custom outdoor kitchen and cabana, hardscape around the pool, and 6’ wide Ipe walk path to the beach. Site restrictions prevented us from bringing in an 1800 lb generator to the lake side of the home.
🌊 We found a solution AND had a lot of fun doing so.
