Some of you already know - but to formally introduce myself 🥁 🥁 🥁 Hi, I’m Becca! A couple months ago Brit was searching for help with administrative duties so here I am, the Painter Plus Business Manager!

From email/texts, to posting some content, and even going out on job sites to assist - I help mostly behind the scenes, but will be popping out here and there for content or to help 💖

A ✨little✨ about me:
• I love reading books (like Throne of Glass, Shield of Sparrows 📖)
• Spending time outdoors (kayaking/swimming)🌞
• Eating food 🤣🍽️ (I esp love Greek, Persian, + Oriental cuisine)
• and I LOVE animals. Birds, cats, bunnies, and most of everyone else 🐓🐐🐄🐊🐋 There’s a good chance someone has heard me scream out my window “GROUND LOG, I LOVE YOUUUU” or “MOO COW!!” and to be clear, I have no shame 🥰😉

So hello everyone 🤗 It’s a pleasure to be here helping a beautiful mama who is such a talented rockstar painter 🎨🏠

Do people want to hear background and interviews of small business owners in the area? Or do people just scroll by personal things like this?

I often think about ancestry and all the lost stories we never hear, that could have been inspiring to so many. The talents, the genetics passed down, businesses handed over to a new generation, the local places that were here for decades that the younger generation will never even know existed.

I feel like every business in this community should come up with an interview and tell their story. How cool would it be to have a combined effort to showcase all the amazing businesses that we have right here 😀

Transparency Tuesday:

I refuse to let rotten eggs spoil who we are as a business 🥰

Ill continue to care about clients, be honest and humble with them. I'll reassure worries and apologize when things need corrected.

(someone once told me to never apologize for anything because it makes you look weak, I disagree)

What i won't do is allow anyone to bully myself or my employees, or question our motives or my character, or gaslight and twist my words around

(especially when everything is in writing... proof is in the pudding)

Im as transparent as I can possibly be about every aspect of my business with clients. We dont do hidden fees or hidden agendas. I dont do bare minimum. I dont even charge extra beyond what the paint costs!

(I believe that one hand washes the other)

I dont claim to be perfect because perfection isnt always possible. But I do claim rightfully and truthfully to have hundreds of clients who were over the moon happy with our final product.

(Hundreds who highly recommend not only my business, but us as people as well)

I have learned that "the customer is not always right". sometimes the best thing to do is walk away and continue on with the comfortably booked schedule that we have.

(it allows me to see that sometimes, people's opinions of you have nothing to do with you, and everything to do with who they are deep down as a person)

Im still here- successful, learning, growing, and still willing to go above and beyond for clients. I take every project as an opportunity to learn something and grow from it.

Most importantly every project is an opportunity to help a homeowner, so they dont feel they are alone.

P.s. I think more people should seek out a healing journey ✨️✨️ I'm thankful every day for my years of therapy 🙏🏻

Sherwin-Williams is definitely a new favorite product for exterior finishes!

Haven't used it for inside yet but I can already tell it's going to be my new go to for floors, doors, trim, and more!
