Not every roof is for every roofer.
This one definitely wasn’t.
What do you think about this recent re-roof project nestled in the hills of Scappoose?
From the ground, it’s a beautiful home. From the roof… it was one of the most challenging projects we’ve taken on.
Steep slopes. Multiple dormers. Valleys everywhere. Skylights. Long panel runs. Every transition had to be planned, measured, and installed correctly the first time.
That’s why we trusted it to Chava and Pedro.
Together, they bring decades of standing-seam metal roofing experience, and it shows. Their attention to detail, patience, and pride in their work are what made this project a success.
This castle-like home already had plenty of character with its asphalt shingle roof, but this winter it received a 16” Loc Seam (flat pan) standing seam metal roof (everywhere except the spire). The result gives the home a timeless European feel that truly elevates it to another level.
The Matte Dark Bronze finish pairs beautifully with the real copper chimney and parchment siding, while the clean vertical lines of the standing seam panels complement the board-and-batten siding perfectly.
Beyond the aesthetics, this home now has a premium roofing system that should provide 40–70 years of protection with very little maintenance when properly installed.
