We’re celebrating 10 years of employee ownership!

Employee ownership is about sharing in the success we build together.

Since becoming 100% employee-owned in 2016, our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) has given employees the opportunity to share in the value they help create every day. It also strengthens our shared sense of pride, accountability, and commitment to the long-term success of our company.

This ESOP Month, we’re celebrating the people who make Landry/French what it is. Their hard work, dedication, and teamwork have shaped our company and continue to drive our success.

When our employees succeed, we all succeed. That’s the power of employee ownership.

The Landry/French team is making great progress on the new Windham-Raymond Middle School. At 260,000 square feet, it will be the largest school ever built in Maine.

Designed for approximately 1,200 students, the new school will bring together students from Windham and Raymond with innovative learning spaces, two gyms, a 600-seat auditorium, an indoor elevated track, and spaces designed to connect the school with the broader community.

RSU 14 Superintendent Chris Howell recognized the progress, saying: “The amount of work that Landry/French has done over the past year is incredible.”

We’re proud of our team and trade partners who are making this once-in-a-generation project a reality—and building a school that will serve Maine students for decades to come.

RSU 14 Superintendent Chris Howell says construction has been moving at a rapid pace for months.
