GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Receptionist will provide receptionist services, clerical, administrative support and will routinely interact with internal and external customers by consistently providing exceptional service. In addition, the Receptionist will have a desire to continually tackle new challenges.

The Receptionist position is full-time and is expected to consistently meet the 40-hour per week schedule requirement-generally working 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. The primary responsibility of the Receptionist is to answer and direct calls appropriately, greet and direct visitors to the company, maintaining the front office image and presentation, and to provide additional clerical and administrative duties.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum of one year of receptionist experience is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good command of the English language is required. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize, manage time well, multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to constantly changing interactions.

EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent. Intermediate skill in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Answer multi-line telephone system and forward calls timely and accurately. Transfer callers to voicemail when necessary. This is the most important function of reception.
• Greet and direct visitors to the company.
• Receive, sort, and forward incoming and outgoing mail accurately. Schedule express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Prepare and distribute the daily check log for Accounts Receivable.
• Assist the Purchasing and Accounting departments with scanning and data entry. Accuracy and attention to detail is important.
• Scan various job, equipment, and payroll records as needed.
• Provides clerical and administrative support to Project Managers as needed.
• Manages communications and provides quick information in response to requests and have judgement as to who should be contacted within the company to get access to information requests.
• Builds a good knowledge of various departments and company functions.

WORKING CONDITIONS
The Receptionist will perform most of the tasks at a desk in an office setting.

LICENSES
Valid driver’s license is required.
