The client’s concrete porch had multiple deep chips and a heavily weathered, dirty surface. After evaluating several repair options, we recommended concrete grinding because the surface had no major structural cracks or damage. Grinding allowed us to remove the damaged surface layer, clean and smooth the concrete, and restore its natural appearance while avoiding the higher cost of a full resurfacing or replacement.
