Hello everyone, check out this awesome project we performed today for a very good customer. The customer had complaints of not having enough hot water for his house after the family has taken their showers, aswell as himself after a long day. He has trusted us to give him and his family endless hot water, we have removed his (working) 50 gallon hot water tank and installed this NAVIEN TANKLESS on demand system to achieve his hot water needs. This tank boasts 15 years warranty and amazing efficiency with out the compromise. The customer was impressed by the cleanliness and quickness that we Rays ClearFlow Plumbing NY LLC - Licensed have been able to provide in 3-1/2 hours. He also had us do some preventative maintenance which included removing and installing a new sump pump to keep his finished basement from flooding in the event a leak occurs. Removing the old pump and installing a new one ensures the lifespan, proper protection, longevity and gives peace of mind that the pump should not fail during a catastrophic event.
With that being said we provided the customer with an alternative option for a water powered sump pump, which in the event the electricity turns off or the actual main pump gives out, the water powered pump uses main water pressure for the house to activate the turbine pump to safely and efficiently pump out the water that’s accumulated in the water basin. The customer loved that option and requested that we installed that in addition to the new main sump pump. Here are the before, during, and after pictures of the installation process. Good morning Albany, New York. Happy Monday. If you didn’t know home units as in hot water heaters and hvac systems do fail due to normal wear and tear. Make sure you check your hot water tanks for leaks / damages. This morning we were able to swap out this 30 gallon hot water tank (MADE IN 1993) with a new AO SMITH 40 Gallon Tank. This tank offers 9 years Warranty and better efficiency. We installed this unit in 45 minutes with new top of the line connections for cleanliness & efficiency. Time also includes removal and clean up of the old tank. We were able to get this customer back up and running in no time!
