I recently had the opportunity to bring my woodworking skills together with my day job . Many cascadeurs participate in fundraising activities for which is an organization that is working towards a cancer free world for children.

My coworker was able to get an autographed Marc-Andre Fleury shirt and I was glad to donate my time and frame for a raffle event. I am proud that I can participate and give to such an important cause.

This is an oak frame that is wire brushed to expose the grain. It was then white washed with paint and given a splatter finish.

This frame challenged me to try some new things and I love how it turned out.

Padauk on the outside and inside edge with a solid maple body. Painted and then used elements of the poster in the corners to bring it all together.
