We provide technical assistance to those who want to start a construction related business, helping you from point A to point B. We can assist you in getting

NYS and DOT certified as an MBE (minority business enterprise), WMBE (women minority business enterprise), or DBE (disadvantaged business enterprise). MCTAP provides you with outsourced training program initiatives and guidance, lending referrals, seminars and workshops, one on one business related counseling, develop marketing and advertising strategies, networking and collaborating strategies, payroll and insurance referrals, and other forms of construction and business related. MCTAP can provide you with office space to rent for your business. We are a community resource business center focusing on making a change for those we serve.
