Spring is off to a busy start for us!

This week we were called out to one of our very good commercial clients properties to deal with a mess of uprooted trees that came down in the winds we had earlier in the week. 💨 🌲

These trees are both creating an eye sore for current tenants and are going to be in the way for the construction site where additional buildings are going to be built for this property. 🚧

☎️ One phone call to us and we got right to work!

We were called out last week for a repair of a sump pump line. After assessing the situation we determined that the break in the pipe was significant and that the entire line needed to be replaced. It was found that the initial install of this line was not done correctly and the pipe used was a thinner wall pipe than what should have been used in this application outdoors. We had to wait for the utilities to be marked until we could do the full repair as just about every utility ran through our work area. We ran temporary hoses that we supply to keep the sump pumps operational over the weekend. Once the utilities were marked; today we were able to install the new shedule 40 pipe from the home to the storm drain while having to work around the many utilities and obstacles , allowing the sump pumps to operate without issue for many years!

It’s been a busy winter! We are catching up on some snow removal to keep our customers parking lots fully open with all this snow we have! Hopefully the warmer weather will be here soon and we can start focusing on getting ready for spring! But if you have any commercial snow removal needs, we are the only phone call you need to make!

While we have a few days of no snow, it allowed us to get some of our yearly retention pond brush hogging done at some of our commercial clients properties!

Today we replaced our oldest truck in the fleet; a 2016 Ram 5500 with this Chevy 5500. The Ram served us well but keeping an updated fleet of trucks helps keep us reliable and ready to serve you all year long! I couldn’t do this without all of my great customers! Thank you for another successful year!

It’s been a very busy last month or so! Here’s just a few of the projects we’ve been working on! 💪🏼

- A large drainage project and some finish work around a new above ground pool
-Hydroseeding multiple commercial projects
- An excavation project to create a bigger and more usable backyard
- A new landscape install
- multiple parking lot grading jobs and moving/ stocking rock salt for this upcoming winter season with our partners at Larned’s and sons
- multiple commercial brush hogging projects around retention ponds and vacant lots.
- stone pathways at one of commercial apartment complexes
- topsoil projects to grade yards and get grass growing before the winter

Our schedule for this fall is currently booked and we are already booking for Spring of 2026.
Our commercial plowing schedule for this winter season is also booking fast!
