Two driveways,450' 55 yds of concrete,80 hrs of digging,picking,raking ,grading etc. I am beginning to think it is to much for one old man. Concrete truck drivers all give me that same puzzled look when they pull up and see me standing there by myself.lol

Thanks for the heads-up on my copper stash. Cashed in the copper and brass as you all suggested. It was worth the time. Still have to decide on stripping, melting or leaving the coating on wire. It was a little over a thousand dollars for the two pails.

I need roundabout estimate to frame this just like it is but include : two knee walls on each side at 2"and 4" in from top plate. Frame and sheath both gable ends. Collars ties 4' o.c. Two more purlins each side. 2x6 fascia all around and remove cedar shakes from existing mansard roof.Approx. 80'×18' per side. 2800 sq ft.
