Please join us in welcoming Morgan Woodruff to the C&C Services family as our new Director of Catastrophe Response!
Over the past several years, we've had the opportunity to help homeowners and businesses recover from some of the most devastating storms to impact our communities. While restoring homes and buildings is what we do, we've learned that recovery is about much more than replacing roofs and siding—it's about helping people navigate one of the most stressful times in their lives.
After witnessing Morgan's dedication and compassion during the Ringle tornado, it became clear that she had a unique ability to connect with those affected and provide the support and guidance that communities need after a disaster. Her involvement during the recovery effort was instrumental in helping us engage with residents, answer questions, and be a trusted resource throughout the process.
As severe weather continues to impact communities across Wisconsin, we recognized the need for a dedicated role focused on disaster response, community outreach, and helping families through the recovery process. That's why we created the position of Director of Catastrophe Response, and we couldn't think of anyone better to lead that effort than Morgan.
In her new role, Morgan will work directly with communities following tornadoes, hailstorms, and other catastrophic weather events, helping connect residents with resources, coordinating outreach efforts, and ensuring those affected know they have a trusted local team ready to help.
