Join our growing team! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to help manage and prepare project estimates for residential and commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate project estimates and material takeoffs
Work directly with insurance scopes and supplements
Utilize Xactimate and CRM systems to manage projects and customer information
Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members
Track project data, pricing, and job progress using Excel and internal systems
Assist in maintaining organized project documentation

Qualifications:

Some experience with Xactimate preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Construction knowledge or industry experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
