This is made from a slab of sequoia that we bought in Arizona. We brought it to PA with us in the back of our rented UHaul. 🌵

Check out these custom doors. The wood is oak from logs we salvaged from our woods. Josiah milled all the boards with his Hud-Son Forest Equipment sawmill. It's proved to be one of the most useful pieces of equipment we've purchased, second only to the New Holland tractor.

The whole in the door will be for a chain to secure the door. We have two new pigs, one in each stall.

Milled a few more logs for boards. Built two more stalls for pigs in our barn. 👍

Olive wood!

This beautiful wood species is difficult to come by in large sizes. The olive groves, for olive oil, keep the supply of the wood up, however. This tree was grown in Arizona, and Josiah brought it to Pennsylvania to finish.
