We are currently accepting applications for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant. The ultimate candidate will have excellent typing skills, be proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe as well as the ability to learn other software programs. Job duties will consist of answering phones, greeting clients, preparing Contracts and entering Purchase orders, filing, assist Controller with bookkeeping duties as needed. Essentially you will be the administrative assistant to the project managers and estimators. Keeping track of executed contracts and subcontracts, Certificates of Insurance etc. Must be reliable and proofread own work, details are essential! We are a business casual environment with many projects planned for the future, things are going to be hopping around here real soon! This is an hourly position, compensation will be based on experience. We offer 401k with company match, PTO, health insurance supplement pay.
