Such a cool job. What was a horse barn at turn of century is now a family home. We even found the front axel and wheels of a Model T buried while excavating for foundation. Phase 1 New underground garage and great room addition.. Phase 2 retaining walls and drainage for underground garage. Phase 3 dormer out the second floor curently attic and create a primary suite..

This was a special project. Our customer was told by previous builder that the house was on ledge so they could not have a finished basement with good head height. Sean “35+ years working with Gledhill’s” was able to self preform the project to completion which saved our customers enough money to make the entire renovation worth the effort without breaking the budget. There might be 10 guys in Mass with the construction skills and trust in those skills to pull something like this off and we are very lucky to have him!!
