We are looking for a motivated Sales rep

· $50,000- $60,000 base pay
+ commission pay

Job Responsibilities:

Estimating/sales of maintenance related

jobs & responding to customers concerns and feedback.

Managing all maintenance crews and their daily tasks.

Help crews get out the door in a timely manner.

Managing the upkeep and maintenance of assigned maintenance related tools & equipment to ensure it is clean, and in good working order.

Managing the assigned E-mail as well as both the cell phone, and the landline.

Routine quality control check-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and/or maintain the most efficient approach to all tasks for every maintenance crew.

Training of both crew leaders, and crew members for the tasks in which they are assigned.

Suggest potentials upsells and enhancements to the property so you can put proposals together for the client.

Requirements:

• Possess Pesticide Operator or
Supervisor License
• Experience using liquid and granular application equipment
• Ability to diagnose turf grass problems
• Must be able to work independently and follow supervisor instructions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; routinely interact with clients when working by answering questions and responding to client requests/concerns in a timely manner
• Possess a valid NJ driver's license with a clean record
• Work as a member of the team
• Maintain assigned equipment and notify manager of needed repairs
• Work safely and watch out for the safety of others
