This kitchen was quite small prior to our work beginning. We removed the wall between the living room and the existing kitchen and installed a new structural header. We installed all new electrical, plumbing, Insulation and sheet rock. New hardwood floors were installed and finished. We installed new cabinets and trim. Now the homeowner has a nice modern and spacious kitchen with plenty of countertop space.

We demolished the existing bathroom and removed the wall that was separating the toilet and bathtub area from the rest of the bathroom space. Installed all new plumbing and electrical. And then we installed new sheet rock and new tile. This bathroom came out beautiful!

This wraparound porch definitely needed some help. We demolished all of the existing deck framing, and the majority of the roof framing. All new framing was installed. The deck surface had new mahogany, tongue, and groove flooring installed. New posts with PVC post wraps were installed. A new mahogany and cedar railing was fabricated and installed. Finished off with PVC lattice, and PVC trim around the exterior. A new bluestone walkway was also installed.

This deck was literally falling apart upon our arrival. Didn’t take much of an effort at all to knock it down. We built quite a large deck for the homeowners. We installed new concrete footings as needed for the new deck. We framed out the deck using all pressure-treated materials. We finished off the deck using mahogany colored composite material as manufactured by TimberTech. We installed a new TimberTech Radiance railing. One thing which gave quite a nice accent to the deck was the installation of lights at the tops of each of the posts going around the deck. This is going to be a great entertainment space!

We demolished the existing bathroom. When we built the new bathroom we installed a walk-in shower instead of a bathtub. We installed all new plumbing and electrical. Followed by new sheet rock and we tiled the entire bathroom space. One thing I really enjoyed on this job was the fold up bench for the shower area. It gave the client the ability to be seated when necessary but it also folds up out of the way to create more space.

We took a smaller colonial style cape and did a complete add- a-level. We also remodeled the kitchen and the first floor. The new addition consisted of two additional bedrooms and a new master bathroom with a walk-in closet. New hardy plank siding was installed around the entire house with custom PVC trim.

This job is a new kitchen and bathroom. We removed all of the cabinets and existing finishes from the kitchen and the bathroom. We removed the structural wall separating the kitchen from the living room area as well as the partition wall separating the dining room from the kitchen area. A new structural header was installed. New plumbing and electrical were run for the kitchen and the bathroom. New sheet rock was installed in both spaces. We installed new red oak hardwood flooring throughout the first floor. New cabinets were installed as well as new countertops and appliances in the kitchen. New tile work and fixtures as well as a built-in shelving area were added to the bathroom area. This tired space really needed help and we were more than happy to help! The homeowners really enjoy this open concept kitchen and their new bathroom.

This is an awesome space. This is a 1000 square-foot basement. It was completely unfinished prior to our arrival. We framed out new walls including a new office space and a full bathroom as well as a full kitchen. All new electrical and underground plumbing was installed. New insulation, sheet rock flooring and trim really completed the space.The cabinets came out beautiful and the homeowner is really excited about the new usable space.

There was a lot of work that went into this little bathroom. We demolished all of the existing fixtures and finishes and then we relocated the doorway to a more functional location. We installed all new plumbing and electrical. New sheet rock and tile were installed as well as a new window in the bathtub area. After completion of the trim and the installation of the new door the job is all done!
