With spring seeming to be just around the corner and a sizeable workload already lined up for the 2024 Season we would like to start lining up and getting some new hires in the door.

This is the perfect time to join the team and get all of your onboarding, training and safety criteria met so you are ready to roll when the time comes!

Very happy with how this project came out! Full tear off of an adhered TPO system down to wood deck.

Cav griped a new 725 TR Carlisle VB. Common fastened 1.5” ISO and a 3/8” Securock. Carlisle self adhered EPDM membrane!

Just have to go back for edge metals next week. 👌🏼💪🏽

Albany VA Chiller Roof Install.

This project was a tricky one. Complete tear-off to an existing concrete deck.

Installed a brand new tapered insulation system and 3 ply mod bit in cold adhesive. Finished off with a flood and gravel coat and all new copper flashings.

This project required a lot of thought and planning to work under all of the existing chiller lines day to day but came out great.

Cool little before and after of an interesting project we finished recently.

Customer had severely rotten roof deck underneath a very old pollution unit in Johnstown New York.

The guys removed this entire unit with saw zaws and physical labor! Then we replaced all of the rotten deck with a new steel deck and installed new insulation and a fully adhered EPDM system.

James A Edgar Roofing CO. is hiring for immediate employment for experienced Field FOREMANS and SUPERVISORS.

Located out of Scotia NY. Serving the Capitol District and surrounding areas.
Motivated, Hard Working, Team Players.

Starting pay $25 - $35.00 per hour based on experience.

Overtime pay after 40 hours at one and half times pay rate.
Excellent benefits for those that qualify including Health and 401k Retirement Plans

Qualifications:
• Commercial Roofing: 5 years (Preferred)
• Knowledge of multiple applications. EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, SM, COATINGS ECT.
• Driver's License
• Minimal use of Computer/Tablets
• OSHA 10 (Preferred)
Schedule:
• 8-10hour shift (Common)
• Monday to Friday, Possibility of Weekend Work to make up lost time
