What happens when you better understand how the people around you communicate?

You create stronger relationships, more effective conversations, and a team that can work better together.

Day two of AAIM Employers' Association Supervisor's Toolbox led by instructor Heath Luehmann focused on communicating for leadership success. Participants had the opportunity to explore different communication styles, learn to adapt their approaches, better understand themselves, and build more effective relationships with those around them.

Different people communicate in different ways, and great leaders know how to adapt. What's one thing that helps your team communicate better?

What happens when you put leaders from different organizations in the same room?

You create space for new perspectives, shared experiences, and opportunities to learn from one another.

We recently kicked off hosting AAIM Employers' Association Supervisor’s Toolbox, a three-day training series taking place over three weeks that is led by instructor Heath Luehmann.

Day one focused on building a strong foundation for leadership. Starting with setting expectations and communicating effectively to understanding leadership styles and navigating the transition from peer to leader.

We’re excited to see what these leaders take back to their teams as we continue learning together.

What we build matters. Who builds it matters more.

Behind every custom enclosure is a team of individuals who bring experience, skill, precision, and pride with them to work every day.

This Labor Day, we want to say thank you to every member of our team. Thank you for showing up, putting in the work, solving problems, supporting one another, and taking pride in what you do.

Your work matters. Your contribution matters. And you are an important part of what we build.

Happy Labor Day to our Schaefer's team and to hardworking people everywhere!
