Over the course of a nearly decade-long partnership with Chesapeake Energy, Pray Construction helped deliver more than 1 million square feet of facilities across West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania.

As Chesapeake expanded its presence in the Appalachian Basin, there was a critical need for regional field offices to support drilling, production, maintenance, and administrative operations. Working alongside our valued design partner, Silling, Pray constructed a series of facilities that became the operational backbone of Chesapeake's regional activities. These projects included administrative offices, production support spaces, maintenance facilities with overhead crane systems, equipment wash bays with environmentally responsible recycling systems, and energy-efficient building systems tailored to each location.

This 19,000 square foot expansion added a 600-seat auditorium, gathering spaces, offices, and storage to support the church’s growing impact on the community.

When Fife Street Brewing set out to open a brewery in historic downtown Charleston, finding the right construction partner was essential. With more than 100,000 square feet of historic renovations completed, Pray Construction understands the unique challenges and opportunities that come with revitalizing existing buildings. Through close collaboration with the owners and design team, we transformed the space into a vibrant restaurant and bar featuring an outdoor patio and a state-of-the-art brewhouse.
