Things are really taking shape at the Retreat Project on Donna Circle. The pool excavation is complete, with rebar and plumbing now in place as the project moves into its next phase. Significant progress is also being made throughout both the interior and exterior of the home. The project is looking incredible, and we can’t wait to see what’s next.

The Oasis Project is gaining momentum as crews continue making major progress throughout the interior. Today, Tony gives an inside look at what’s happening on-site: plumbers, electricians, HVAC team and more are hard at work installing plumbing systems, AV wiring, gas lines, and HVAC components. Window installation is now underway, insulation is coming soon, and EXP drywall substrate work is beginning. With so many moving parts coming together, this incredible project is quickly transforming into a true showstopper.

As April wrapped up, momentum continued to build on our Retreat Project. The pool excavation is underway with plumbing being installed, while progress inside includes insulation inside and completion of Hydro-Blok™ exterior walls. More exciting updates to come as this exceptional home continues to take shape.

As April wraps up, progress is heating up at our Donna Lane project. Our crew has been pouring walls for the casita while tying rebar for the upcoming footer pours—setting the stage to bring this spectacular home to life. Exciting momentum continues on Donna Lane.

As April comes to a close, our Collection Project (60th Street residence) continues to make strong progress. The basement walls have been poured and framing is underway, while the section of the floor featuring the car turntable is nearing completion. Stay tuned as we wrap up the basement structure and begin moving upward.

As our Retreat Project (Donna Circle Home) continues to move forward, the vision is coming to life. From the stunning front entry to the incredible pool and backyard retreat, every space is starting to take shape. The great room showcases a magnificent stairwell stretching from the second floor to the basement. In the lower level, the wine cellar, theater, and fitness room with views into the English garden are all beginning to come together.
