Teamwork was on the menu yesterday!

Our Accounting and Marketing teams came together to make breakfast for our office, while our field crews were treated to breakfast at each of our job sites across the country. It was a great way to start the day and show appreciation for the people who keep our projects and our company moving forward every day.

At ICON National, a strong safety culture is fundamental to every successful project. It is about more than meeting requirements. It is about creating an environment where planning, accountability, and communication help protect our teams while delivering consistent results for our clients.

This month's safety tip: Start every task with a safety mindset.

Take a moment to evaluate the work ahead, identify potential risks, and ensure the proper equipment and personal protective equipment are in place before work begins. Proactive decisions at the start of the day help prevent incidents before they happen.

For our clients, a strong safety culture means more than safe jobsites. It supports reliable schedules, quality ex*****on, and the confidence that every project is being completed with care, professionalism, and accountability.

Because when safety is embedded in the culture, everyone benefits.
