The event provided an opportunity to share knowledge, strengthen relationships, and align around the values and goals that drive our work.

We’re proud to highlight Orchard Grove in Garden Grove, CA, a renovated affordable housing community featuring 78 apartment homes with a mix of one, two, and three bedroom units.

The scope of work included interior and exterior improvements designed to enhance the resident experience and preserve the community for years to come. Upgrades included kitchen and bathroom renovations, ADA unit reframing and accessibility enhancements, common area improvements, landscaping upgrades, and siding repair and replacement throughout the property.

Projects like Orchard Grove reflect our commitment to delivering high-quality renovations while minimizing disruption to residents and creating spaces that foster pride, comfort, and community.
