TraVek since 2001, located in the Scottsdale Airpark and serving the Phoenix metro area. We do all types of roofing, but specialize tile, foam and shingle. If your tile roof is more than 15 years and the underlayment has not been changed, it's time to have it inspected. The Arizona heat is known to dry them out and cracks start forming around the 15 year mark. If your foam roof is 5 years old and

has not been recoated, it's time for an inspection. You don't want the blazing AZ sun to eat holes in the coating and disintegrate the foam beneath. That will allow leaks to form and your roof will be compromised.
