🚧 Breaking Ground at Val Vista & the 202 Loop! 🚧
This September, we officially broke ground on our newest project at Val Vista and the 202 Loop East, and we couldn’t be more excited to get started!
We’re thrilled to be working with a partner that continues to trust us with their investment.
The project sits on 9.5 acres and will feature a 108,000 square foot industrial tilt up building, designed to support a future business office and manufacturing warehouse, along with a two-acre storage yard.
We’re also incredibly thankful to be working with the Extreme Aerial Productions team, who will be documenting the progress of this project from groundbreaking all the way through completion. We can’t wait to look back and see how far it’s come!

Time to fire up the throwback machine! ⏪

We thought it would be fun to take a little trip down memory lane and look back at some of the projects from Ray’s early days in the construction industry that helped lead us to where we are today.

These projects were built during Ray’s time at JWI, where he started his career and eventually worked his way up to President and owner of the company. Needless to say, he’s been around the construction block a few times! 😄

While Nitti Builders doesn’t currently focus on public works projects, these were some pretty complex and challenging builds that played an important part in the company’s journey in the industry.

So, we’re kicking off a new once-a-month series: Throwback Thursday! We hope you enjoy taking a look back with us and maybe recognize a few familiar projects along the way.

🏗️ Month One TBT: South End Zone/Loge Seating Expansion & Athletic Office Building at ASU Stadium.

The athletic office building was approximately 160,000 square feet and had to be completed in time for the first-ever Cardinals exhibition game at the stadium on September 12, 1988, against the Dallas Cowboys!

Not a bad deadline! 🏈

We’re excited to share the successful completion of the Pella Office Project!

This 31,719-square-foot tenant improvement transformed a portion of an existing warehouse into a functional, modern space designed to support both office and warehouse operations.

The project included:
• 5,017 SF of office space
• 26,702 SF of warehouse improvements

Another project delivered through strong collaboration, quality craftsmanship, and a commitment to getting the job done right.

We're excited to see the XPO Logistics project officially complete and occupied for its intended use!
This new cross-dock logistics hub is a unique project, combining two different construction methods: a pre-engineered metal building with traditional concrete tilt-up panels. It was impressive to see these two building systems come together and work seamlessly to create a functional and efficient facility for XPO.
A successful project like this wouldn't be possible without the hard work and dedication of our team and trade partners.
We're grateful for everyone who brought their expertise, ingenuity, and commitment to the project and helped bring it across the finish line.
We're proud of the work that went into this project and excited to see it now serving its intended purpose!

We're making excellent progress at Sierra Bloom, nearing the finish line! It's exciting to see this medical office building come together, with every phase bringing us one step closer to completion. The hard work and collaboration of everyone involved is paying off. Stay tuned for the final reveal!

We are making great progress on XPO Logistics in Mesa! The steel columns are nearly complete, and roofing installation is just around the corner. This building is a unique due the combination of building methods, we utilized a pre-engineered metal building system along with concrete tilt panels. In the end it will be a great combination for an effective cross dock logistics hub that includes office space for XPO!
