More on our latest remodeling project with and .

This post focuses on the Kitchen and Family Room area. Both areas where completely updated. A new stainless steel with chrome stapping kitchen hood is suspended in front of a large picture frame window revealing a view to the exterior pool area. New french doors were added flanking the fireplace to bring in eastern light as well provide access to new al fresco outdoor dining area. Large multi slide door was also added to bring in northern light as well create an indoor / outdoor connection to a resort style pool area. At the meeting point of art and science. Upon entry into the Owner Foyer, you are greeted with this sexy folded, metal stair effortlessly, cantilevered off the perimeter walls. A feat of engineering in itself.

Hat trick on this one. Architecture, Interiors, and Build. Architect led design build. This is the Great room scene. Abundant natural light fills the space. One of the staple principals in our custom home design. Coffered ceiling with indirect lighting crowns the space. Modern elements set against traditional backdrop are presented in an elegant balance.
