This one right here… this was more than just a roof.
What looked like a standard tear-off quickly revealed the truth underneath—serious decking damage and a chimney that was no longer safe. Instead of covering it up, we did what we always do… we made it right.
We replaced 17 sheets of OSB, safely removed a failing stucco chimney, and rebuilt this roof from the structure up. Our guys even had a little fun along the way—because when you love what you do, it shows in the work.
