Cold weekend coming up!
This is a friendly reminder that temperatures this weekend will be in the SINGLE DIGITS!
If you’ve have frozen pipes in the past-
*keep that heat up overnight!
*if you have OIL heat check your tank and scheudel a delivery if needed
If you’ve got a faucet on an exterior wall, let the water drip 💧 to prevent frozen or burst pipes

By now you should have shut off any outdoor water that you don’t use, disconnect the garden hose and let any water out of the pipes to prevent freezing. 🥶

Two zone gas boiler replacement featuring a x-204 cast iron boiler to have this customer’s heat back on just in time for the season!

Another heating system install we were called in to bat clean up on.
After being fed up with the unsightly and unserviceable previous install, this customer opted to install a new combi boiler with all new piping, valves and controls for peace of mind, future service and maintenance.

We replaced this failing NTI wall hung boiler with a NFB Fire Tube boiler.

The new boiler is hung on a wall built with strut to keep vibration and noise of the heating system from transferring to the living room behind the boiler room.

Installation of a NFC combi fire tube boiler for home heating and domestic hot water

Customer wanted to utilize the previous boiler room as a new home office which required relocating the heating system to the laundry room
