A recent oil fired boiler replacement. The original boiler did its job for many years, but eventually rotted and started leaking.
We upgraded to a buderus g215 and a HTP stainless steel indirect fired water heater to keep up with all heating and hot water needs.

You never know what you will run into on a daily basis. The contractor that redid the bathroom never adjusted the toilet...

You never know what you will run into on a daily basis. The contractor that redid the bathroom never adjusted the toilet fl**ge to the new floor height. Instead he installed 4 wax rings stacked together to try and make up the gap! Surprise, surprise, it leaked! Lol
