Yesterday, we broke ground on the Terrace Building at Harding Place! We're thrilled to be a part of a project that creates a place where people can continue to live, connect, and thrive. We're especially honored to work alongside Harding University, Harding Place and designshop, PLLC to bring this vision to life.

Last Friday, we celebrated the steel topping out of the new Community Center in Searcy! Milestones like this are only possible because of the dedication, craftsmanship, and collaboration of so many talented partners.

As a company with deep roots in this community, it's especially meaningful to be part of a project that will serve others around here for generations to come. We can't wait to see this facility filled with busy activity in the future. Thank you to everyone helping make this project a success. 🚧 Project Update 🚧 With construction kicking off earlier this year, the Community Center is beginning to take shape. With the dedicated efforts of from the CDI and Hart project teams, as well as our subcontractors, work is underway to complete the steel framework, pave the parking lot, and set up the irrigation system!
