A quick moment to thank all of our amazing customers who continue to trust and support us year after year — and maybe an extra special thank you to the ones who don’t. You keep us humble.
We’re incredibly grateful for the customers who have stuck with us, recommended us, left kind reviews, and trusted our team in their homes. We know we can’t win them all, but we’re pretty darn proud of the team we’ve built and the customers we get to serve.
Every once in a blue moon, we get THAT review.
You know the one. The one that makes you read it twice and wonder if you were even involved in the same situation.
We work hard, stand behind our work, communicate with our customers, and do our best to make things right when something goes wrong. But after hundreds of happy customers, we’ve also learned one very important lesson:
You just can’t win them all.
Sometimes, no matter how much you explain, accommodate, or try to find a solution, someone is determined to be unhappy. And that’s okay. We’ll keep taking care of our customers, supporting our team, and doing quality work.
To the overwhelming majority of our customers who are kind, reasonable, and appreciate what our crew does: THANK YOU. You make the occasional headache worth it.
