CollinsWoerman transformed an existing surgical suite at St. Anne Hospital into a 3,065 SF urology clinic with five exam rooms and two procedure rooms to enhancing privacy and improving efficiency. By reusing 50% of the existing build-out and collaborating closely with clinical staff, our team delivered a high-performing space aligned with the Virginia Mason Franciscan brand.

In partnership with Clark Nuber, CollinsWoerman explored multiple workplace scenarios to create a new 37,656 SF office across levels 7 and 8 of City Center Plaza in Bellevue, designed around their people, culture, and evolving ways of working.
