We are grateful to have won an award Saturday night for one of our projects! A whole house remodel on Mercer Island. It was a great night celebrating with our team and colleagues. Thank you to the Master Builder's Association, trade partners, designer, clients and our Palmer Residential team!

Morning - welcome Rudy Palmer, our shop dog, that joined the family in February. He was a foster dog and is a wonderful mix of Chihuahua, Pitt, and mini Australian Shepard. He loves hanging out at the shop with the crew and being at team meetings. He also loves going to Home Depot with dad.

Good morning - Palmer Residential attended the annual MBA Remodeling Excellence Awards this weekend (REX Awards) and won an award for one of our kitchen remodels! It was a great time to be together as a team and we enjoyed our evening at the Bellevue Westin. Thank you to the Remodelers Council and the MBA. Thank you also to our designer, subcontractors and our awesome clients!

Hello our Facebook friends! This weekend was the annual Master Builders Association/Remodeler's Council's REX Awards (Remodeling Excellence Awards). We won in our category for Bathroom Excellence! We were also honored to be in the running for the Best In Show! Out of 75 projects there were four companies that were nominated - in the end we didn't win Best In Show but we are humbled to be amongst the other 3 companies for consideration.
