This tub was almost 100 years old, so it was very worn and hard to clean. The customer wasn't planning to replace the surrounding tiles for ten years, but they hated how dingy and rough the tub looked and felt. So they decided that refinishing was their best option.💡 They did some research on the internet about local resurfacing companies and decided to hire my company because they liked the idea of the owner of the coming to their house to do the work.😁 upon arrival, I could see that at some point, the tub had been washed with some sort of acid, which made the inside of the tub very porous and worn which would require lots of prep work to make smooth.💪 Watching the video, you'll see all the putty that was required to make the surface smooth before spraying.
